Dear Wesgreen Community,

The 1 st Parent Teacher Meeting of the Academic Year 2006-2007, is scheduled to be held on Thursday November 2 nd, 2006 from 8:30am to 2:00pm sharp, you will also receive your child’s Progress Report.

This meeting is important as it would give you an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and areas that need additional attention.

This Parent Teacher Meeting has been scheduled over the course of a school day to maximize the time for you to meet with some of your child's teachers. However, because of time constraints we request every parent to limit their meeting to not more than five minutes. If any Parent would like to meet with a teacher privately at any other time rather than the scheduled meeting, please do call the receptionist of your child's building for an appointment.

If you feel at this time any particular subject is not posing any problems, you may then decide not to see that particular teacher. For those parents that have more than one child at the school: all primary students may accompany you to each building, those parents having a child in either of the Secondary Sections, it is mandatory that after you see your child's teacher – you may leave that child at the section and they may stay on the playing field until you have finished with the other Secondary Section. Do remember that Senior Students will not be permitted to visit either of the other Secondary Sections.

Special Notes:

• No classes will be conducted in all three sections. Rather students must attend with a parent for the meeting. 

• Your child must accompany you in Full School Uniform .  

• To ease the number of Parents in the Primary Section at any given time it is requested that you indicate the session you would like to attend on the slip attached.  

• Session 1 - 8:30am - 10:00am
• Session 2 - 10:15am - 12noon
• Session 3 - 12:15pm - 2:00pm


• I will be at the Primary Section from 8:30am – 10am, Girls Section from 10:15am – 12noon and from 12:15pm – 1:45pm at the Boys Section. Otherwise, in my office located in the Primary Section.

 أعزائي أولياء أمور ويس جرين  الكرام,,

 لقد تم جدولة لقاء أولياء الأمور للعام الدراسي 2006-2007 يوم الخميس بتاريخ 2 نوفمبر 2006 , من الساعة 8:30 صباحا ولغاية 2:00 بعد الظهر. و كما سيتم تسليمكم التقارير الخاصة بتحصيل أبنائكم/بناتكم .

 تكمن أهمية هذا الإجتماع بإعطائكم الفرصة لمناقشة المستوى التحصيلي لابنكم/ ولابنتكم  والإشارة للمواد التي قد تحتاج الى مزيد من الانتباه والجهد .

ولقد تمت جدولة هذا  الاجتماع خلال ساعات الدوام المدرسي لمضاعفة الوقت المتاح لمقابلة المعلمين والمعلمات الذين يدرسون ابناءكم / بناتكم. كما نرجو من أولياء الأمور أن لا يتجاوز لقاؤهم مع المعلمين أكثر من خمس دقائق بسبب ضيق الوقت. وإذا رغب أحد من أولياء الأمور مقابلة اي معلم / معلمة في وقت اخر غير الذي حدد فيرجى الإتصال بموظف الإستقبال لتحديد موعد اخر.

 في حال شعرتم أن مادة ما لا تشكل مشكلة بالنسبة لابنكم/لابنتكم فحينها لا يوجد ضرورة لمقابلة تلك/ ذلك المعلم/المعلمة.

 بالنسبة لإولياء الأمور الذين لديهم أكثر من طفل فيمكن لطلاب المرحلة الإبتدائية مرافقتكم الى الأقسام الأخرى, كما يتوجب على الطلبة في القسم الثانوي البقاء في ملعب المدرسة حتى ينتهي ولي الأمر من مقابلته مع المعلمين في القسم الثانوي الآخر. وأرجو أن أذكركم أنه لا يسمح لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية بزيارة القسم الثانوي الآخر.

 ملاحظات:

1. لا يوجد دراسة في كل الأقسام, و يجب على الطلاب مرافقة ولي الأمر خلال الاجتماع.
2. يجب حضور الطلاب للمدرسة بالزي المدرسي.
3. لتخفيف  ازدحام أولياء الأمور في القسم الإبتدائي أرجو الإشارة الى الوقت الذي ستحضرون فيه في النموذج المرفق.

• الجلسة الأولى      - 8:30      -10:00 صباحا
• الجلسة الثانية       -10:15     - 12:00ظهرا
• الجلسة الثالثة       -12:15          2:00 ظهرا

 سأكون متواجدا في القسم الإبتدائي من الساعة 8:00 صباحا – 10 صباحا , ومن 10:15 ولغاية 12:00 في قسم البنات ومن 12:15 ولغاية 1:45 في قسم الأولاد.

و أرجو التذكر أن على الطلبة الحضور بالزي الرسمي للمدرسة
