Dear Parents,

In keeping with Wesgreen International School’s continuing teacher/parent open communication policy, I am pleased to inform you that on the 10 th September the Senior Boys Section will be having an Open Day from 8.30am until 2.30pm.

During this time each teacher will be available to meet you and your son in person to discuss such matters as : their own classroom expectations for students, how they expect work to be presented, the quantity and quality of homework they expect during the year, their classroom management/rules and their expectations of what you as parents can do in assisting with their son’s education and progress. However, I must stress that this day will not be a PTM and teachers will not discuss with you your son’s progress.

 Attending the Open Day will therefore give you the chance to meet your son’s new teachers and also give you some idea of the expectations put upon your son, especially with regard to how his studies should be performed and monitored.

Please fill in the slip below and return it to your son’s Form Teacher tomorrow, indicating whether you will or will not be attending the Open Day. Obviously there will not be any lessons taking place on the 10 th September, so if you are unable to attend your son will be required to stay at home.
