Dear Moms and Dads of Wesgreen Community,

On behalf of the Board of Governors of Wesgreen International School, I would like to extend an invitation to join our staff for a Barbeque Dinner – Celebration of U.A.E.

The Barbeque Dinner will be held on the Girls Campus on Tuesday 28^th November 2006 from 7pm  – 9pm.

 This will be an opportunity to meet with Members of the Board, Staff, Parents and an evening to relax.

 The Barbeque Dinner is for Parents Only.   Children are not authorized to attend.

 To enable us to make proper arrangements you are requested to complete the form below and submit it to your child’s Class Teacher latest by Sunday 26^th November, 2006.

أعزائي آباء وأمهات مدرسة ويس جرين الكرام,,

بالنيابة عن مجلس أمناء مدرسة ويس جرين الدولية أود أن أدعوكم لحضور حفل العشاء الذي تقيمه المدرسة بمناسبة العيد الوطني للإمارات.

موقع  العشاء  سيكون في قسم الطالبات, مساء يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 28 نوفمبر 2006 من الساعة 7 مساء وحتى التاسعة.

و سيكون هذا العشاء بمثابة فرصة  للإسترخاء والإلتقاء بأعضاء مجلس الأمناء والمعلمين والمعلمات وأولياء الأمور.

علما أن العشاء لأولياء الأمور فقط ولا يسمح اصطحاب الأطفال.

نرجو منكم تعبئة النموذج أدناه وإعادته لمربية الفصل بموعد أقصاه الأحد 26/11, لنتمكن من القيام بالترتيبات اللازمة.
