Dear Parents of Grade 11 & 12: May 31, 2006

It is a great pleasure to tell you that on Saturday 10 th, June from 6 pm until 8pm, we will be holding our second gala Honours Day event, at the Millennium Hotel, Sharjah.

There will be a chance for you to celebrate your son or daughter’s achievement and after the ceremony the school will be hosting a dinner for all guests. There will be separate seating areas for males and females during the ceremony.

The Chairman of the Board of Governors and other senior Board members will be present. I do hope that you too can join the celebration.

To ensure that the event is a memorable one, we would ask that your son or daughter wear a cap and gown, they will be provided by a uniform shop at a cost of 65 Dirhams. Once you have paid, both the cap and the gown belong to your son and daughter, as a permanent reminder of the event and of their time spent at the school.

I do hope that you and your son or daughter can join us for this celebration of all the hard work that our students have done in the last few years. You may also bring one further guest if you wish, please indicate this on your return slip so that we can include all names on the official invitation. Please return the slip, accompanied by payment for the cap and gown, to the school by 5 th June.
