Dear Wesgreen Community,

The 1 st Parent Teacher Meeting of the Academic Year 2007-2008, is scheduled to be held on Sunday October 28 th, 2007 from 8:30am to 2:00pm sharp, as stated in the Academic Calendar.

By this time you would have already received your child’s Progress Report and this meeting is important as it would give you an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and areas that need additional attention.

This Parent Teacher Meeting has been scheduled over the course of a school day to maximize the time for you to meet with some of your child's teachers. However, because of time constraints we request every parent to limit their meeting to not more than five minutes.

If any Parent would like to meet with a teacher privately at any other time rather than the scheduled meeting, please do call the receptionist of your child's building for an appointment. If you feel at this time any particular subject is not posing any problems, you may then decide not to see that particular teacher.

Special Notes :

• No classes will be conducted. Rather students must attend with a parent for the meeting.
  
• Your child must accompany you in Full School Uniform .
  
• To ease the number of Parents at any given time, it is requested that you indicate the session you would like to attend on the slip attached.
  
  • Session 1 - 8:30am - 10:00am
  • Session 2 - 10:15am - 12noon
• Session 3 - 12:15pm - 2:00pm
  
  
• If you would like to meet with me please be advised that I will be visiting during the Parent Teacher Meeting Hours.
  
• If you would like to meet with the Deputy Head, Mrs. Kathy Rudman she would be available in her office.
