Office of the Headmaster 4 th May, 2007
Dear Wesgreen Community,
RE-REGISTRATION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2007-2008
Please review the contents of this letter very carefully, as re-admission of your child to Wesgreen International School will depend on your response.
As much as we would like your child to continue their studies at Wesgreen, it is imperative that we know what your intentions are, so educational materials, resources and most importantly staff are in place according to the number of returning students. It has become essential for the school to ensure that only those that have re-registered and paid towards the next academic year will be guaranteed a seat for the next year. Please DO NOTE that any parent that does not re-register at this time will risk the chance of obtaining a seat in September 2007 at our main campus. At the same time we have had more than 100 students to date appear for admission testing to gain entrance to Wesgreen International School for the next academic year, those successful have been placed on a waiting list, depending on your responses. I strongly urge you to completely go over the contents of this letter in its entirety; otherwise you may face the risk of loosing your child’s seat at Wesgreen International School.
Timings for the Nursery children and students of KG 1 and 2 will continue to be the same, 8am – 1pm . However, timings for the all the students from Grades 1 to 13 will be from 7:45am to 2:40pm [Primary Section] and 2:50pm [Secondary Section] respectively, from Sunday through to Thursday; school activities will be conducted within this time.
The School Uniform will be available from June end on the campus, from an approved uniform outlet only. There will be no exception on the uniform; a separate letter will follow on School Transport and School Uniform.
The registration cut off date will be 24 th May 2007 in which the tuition fee must be submitted to the Accounts Office accompanied with the attached form for guaranteeing your child’s admission. Failure to submit the form by the date indicated will result in our understanding that you no longer wish admission here.
