Dear Wesgreen Community,
Listed below are Important Dates for the last few weeks of school.
- June 7th : Internal Exams finish all Grades 2 – 10
- June 10th : Honours Ceremony – for Grades 11 th, 12 th and 13 th, with parents
- June 10th: Review of Exam Papers –
Grades from 5 to 10 – 7:45am – 2:40pm - Boys & Girls
Grades 2 – 4 – 7:45am – 2:40pm
- June 11th : Review of Exam Papers –
Grades from 5 to 10 – 7:45am – 1:00pm - Boys & Girls
Grades 2 – 4 – 7:45am – 1:00 pm
- June 12th : Last day for change of any marks- Till Noon
- June 14th: All Grades follow the Trip Schedule below. ONLY STUDENTS GOING ON TRIPS ATTEND SCHOOL.
- June 16th and 17th: Only those students takingRe-sits to attend school.
- June 18th :Awards/Report Cards Distribution- ONLY THOSE STUDENTS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE GIVEN REPORT CARDS –
All Grades start school -7:45am and all students to be collected at noon. Assemblies in all 3 sections
- June 19th: Report Cards for students who were absent on 18 th June, 2007 may collect them after 11:00 am only from their respective Building Receptionist.
A Level Programme – for current Grade 11 can be collected from all Building Receptions.

- 20th : Cambridge Results Statements Available from Admin Office - 10am – 12 noon
- 26th : Edexcel and A Level result Statements Available from Admin Office - 10am – 12 noon
SEPTEMBER 2007 – NEW ACADEMIC YEAR DETAILS
- 4thSeptember : New Academic Year Begins for Grades KG 2 – Grade 13
KG 2: 7:45am – 12 noon * – Sunday – Thursday
*Nursery, KG 1, KG 2 will leave at 12 noon until Ramadan is officially announced and the timings will be as mentioned.
Grades 1 – Grade 4: 7:45am - 2:40pm – Sunday – Wednesday
7:45am - 1:55pm – Thursdays only
Grades 5 – 13 : 7:45am – 2:50pm – Sunday – Wednesday
7:45am – 2:05pm – Thursdays only
KG 1 AND NURSERY - DATES AND TIMINGS
- September 6th : KG 1 and Nursery begin : * 7:45am – 12 noon * – Sunday – Thursday
* Nursery, KG 1, KG 2 will leave at 12 noon until Ramadan is officially announced and the timings will be as mentioned.
