Dear Wesgreen Community,
Listed below are Important Dates for the last few days of school.
- Nursery, KG 1, KG 2 and Grade 1 will leave at 1:00pm up until Report Card Day when school will end at noon.
- June 9 th : Internal Exams finish for all Grades 2 – 10
- June 10 th: Review of Exam Papers
Grades from 5 to 10 – 7:45am – 2: 50pm - Boys & Girls
Grades 2 – 4 – 7:45am – 2:40pm - Primary
- June 11 th : Review of Exam Papers
Grades from 5 to 10 – 7:45am – 2:50pm - Boys & Girls
Grades 2 – 4 – 7:45am – 2:40 pm - Primary
- June 12 th: Holiday for all grades, exclusive of Nursery, KG 1, KG 2 and Grade 1; unless trips are scheduled for which a separate circular will be sent.
- June 14 th : Last day for change of any marks - Till Noon.
- June 15 th : Holiday for all grades; unless trips are scheduled for which a separate circular will be sent.
- June 16 th : All Grades follow the Trip Schedule below. ONLY STUDENTS GOING ON TRIPS ATTEND SCHOOL .
- June 17 th and 18 th: Only those students takingRe-sits to attend school.
- June 19 th : Awards/Report Cards Distribution- only those students who are in attendance will be given report cards – All Grades start school -7:45am and all students to be collected at noon. Assemblies in all 4 sections. Report Cards for students who were absent on 19 th June may be collected on 22 nd June from 9am – 1pm from their respective Building Receptionist.
- June 24 th: Resit-Report Cards may be collected between 9:00 – 11:00am only from their respective Building Receptionist.

AUGUST 2008
- 21 st : Cambridge Results Statements Available from Admin Office - 10am – 12 noon
- 26 th : Edexcel and A Level result Statements Available from Admin Office - 10am – 12 noon
SEPTEMBER 2008
- SCHOOL RE-OPENS from Nursery to Grade 11 on the 2 nd September 2008 and Ramadan Timings will be followed from this date .
- Grade 12 and 13: begin school on 8 th September .
- From September 2008 : Nursery, KG 1, KG 2 and Gr. 1 will be permanently moved to the Al Qarain Campus.
- Al Qarain CampusTimings: Nursery, KG 1, KG 2 and Grade 1 will be from 8:30am – 1:35pm, Sunday to Thursday.
- Main Primary Campus : will accommodate Grades 2- 3-4 only.
- School Uniform: will be changed for all students. Uniforms are being currently sold by an approved uniform outlet at the Main Campus Conference Hall and Al Qarain Campus from 7am – 2pm, Saturday to Thursday. Parents are encouraged to place an order before proceeding on holidays to avoid delivery delays. Students from KG 1 – Grade 1 need to order their uniforms at Al Qarain Campus and students from Grade 2- 13 need to order their uniform at the Main Campus Conference Hall.
- School Transport: information on school transport has been posted on our webpage. For registering your child for the forthcoming academic year do log on to www.wesgreen.net for downloading the Form which needs to be filled in and e-mailed back to transport@wesgreen.net. Failure in doing so may result in your child not having transport.
RAMADAN TIMINGS: BEGIN ON 2 nd SEPTEMBER 2008
- Nursery, KG 1 and KG 2 8:30am – 12:15pm – Sunday to Wednesday 8:30am - 11:45am – Thursday
- Grades 1 – 13 8:30am – 1:40pm – Sunday to Wednesday
8:30am – 12:40pm – Thursday
